Frequenty Asked Questions

  • Can I include a personal message with my flowers?
    Yes, we can include a handwritten card either written by us or by you. You will be given this option at the time of ordering, please complete the message box.
  • Can I send flowers anonymously?
    Yes, you can request that your flowers are sent without any information or message attached. If the recipient were to ask for the sender information we would not give these out as it is private information and data protection.
  • Can I order by phone?
    Yes, you can order online or by phone.
  • Do you charge delivery?
    Yes, we charge a delivery fee of £7.50 nationwide. This is the most we charge. Our local delivery charges may vary depending on distance. If ordering online the delivery fee is included in all prices listed.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes of course, we offer delivery or collection depending on what suits you best. Pick ups are usually ready within one hour.
  • Can I specify a time for delivery?
    We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however, we will do our best to meet the requirements.
  • What happens if the recipient isn't home?
    We will attempt to leave the delivery in a secure convenient place, usually with a neighbour. If we do this we will post a card through the door with instructions as to where they have been left.
  • What type of payment method do you accept?
    We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
  • Can I order and deliver to other areas?
    Yes we can, we have the facility to deliver Nationwide via our membership with Direct2florist.
  • What if I order a bottle of gin and flowers? Will they arrive together?
    The flowers can be delivered same day if ordered before 2pm or on your nominated day. Gin and other bottles will be delivered if in the local area or posted and this would usually be 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • I'm getting married, when do I need to book my wedding flowers?"
    You can book your wedding flowers as soon as you wish. We would take a £50 deposit (which will be used against your wedding flowers) which would secure your date. Then, we would recommend a full wedding consultation with our florist nearer the time to go through plans, requirements and also provide a full quotation.
  • When does my balance need to be paid?
    Your balance needs to be paid 14 days before your wedding date.
  • Can I make any changes to my flowers?
    Yes, you may make changes as you wish, up until 14 days before the wedding date.
  • Do you supply pins with buttonholes or corsages?
    Yes, either pearl or diamante style.
  • Do you have fishbowls, candelabra that we can hire?"
    Yes, we have a wide range of sundries that can help to make that special day perfect. We have candelabra, bay trees, glass vases and much more. These can be discussed at your wedding consultation and would be provided at a hire charge.
  • I have someone else doing my table decorations etc; would you just do my bouquet?
    Yes of course, we can cater to any wedding requirements, whether it is small or large.
  • Can you deliver to different addresses?
    Yes of course, we will deliver to wherever you require as we understand that most wedding parties like to have bride and bridesmaids flowers with them and others at the venue or with the groom. Delivery charges will apply. This will be discussed at your wedding consultation.
  • Can you deliver funeral flowers?
    Yes, we can deliver both to the funeral directors or the family home.
  • The family has requested no flowers at the funeral, can you still send flowers?"
    We would recommend that the flowers would be sent to the family home.
  • We are unsure about what type of flowers or arrangements to go for, what would you suggest?"
    If you are unsure, then, why not arrange a consultation with our florist? This way you can sit down and go through ideas and also share with us any important information that we may need to know for the funeral.
  • I am arranging a funeral and I want all the flowers ordered to be the same colour scheme, can you make sure this happens?"
    If people order flowers separate for the funeral we can make a suggestion that you have chosen to stick to colours, variety etc.
